Marysville Gold Sox Ticketing Policies

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability at Marysville Gold Sox Games
HOLDER of each ticket assumes all danger incidental to the game. whether occurring before, during or after the completion of the game, including the risks of being injured by thrown or batted balls, bats, or any other equipment leaving the playing field. HOLDER of each ticket knowingly and freely assumes all such risks and agrees to hold harmless and not sue the TEAMS, PLAYERS, COLUSA CASINO, and THE CITY OF MARYSVILLE  for any injury or act that occurs at this event.

Rain Check
Tickets are not refundable for cash. In the event that a legal (4 1/2 innings if the home team is ahead, 5 innings if the visiting team is ahead) or made up game is not played, ticket will become a coupon, good for any subsequent ticket for a regular price game during this season and may be exchanged at the box office for this price ticket for a regular season game (subject to available inventory when presented).

Marysville Gold Sox Policies
Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, professionally operated experience for every one of our fans. In order to create this atmosphere, the following policies will be enforced at all games:

Guests prohibited from carrying weapons of any kind, including guns and knives, into Colusa Casino Stadium.
No outside food or beverage, including cans, bottles, ice chests, hard containers or thermoses will be allowed in Colusa Casino Stadium, regardless of contents.
No outside alcohol will be permitted.
No smoking will be permitted in the seating sections, concession areas or kids zone.
No peddling or reselling tickets on stadium grounds or in the parking lot.
No refunds.
Any guest older than 2 years old must have a ticket to enter Colusa Casino Stadium. Babes in arms must remains in the lap of their parent or guardian.
Gates open a half hour prior to the start of the game.




Refund Policy (Unused Ticket Exchange)

Never A Wasted Ticket Policy: Simply return any unused VIP or Dated Premium Seat tickets for future games during the season purchased. (General Admission Tickets and undated Premium Seats are valid for any game during the season purchased.)


Early Return: Exchange your ticket up to three (3) days before the game date and receive the best available seat, up to and including your price range, for any other remaining home game during the season purchased.

Late Return: Exchange your ticket any other time during the season and receive a general admission grandstand ticket to any remaining home game during the season purchased, with the option of upgrading by simply paying the difference.Tickets are not refundable.
